About Pro HR Consulting Solutions

With a passion for people, it was clear to me that I wanted to learn and teach something that combined business and people. Attending San Diego State University in California, I first began my career learning California Labor Law. I discovered my passion for being a problem solver and wanting to help others grow to be the best of themselves. 

After getting my BA in Psychology, I went on to obtain my MA in Human Resource Management. 

Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience from managing diverse people nationally and internationally. I’ve worked with organizations as small as 100 employees to as many as 4000+ employees, ranging from the non-profit sector to Fortune 500 companies, to even union and union free environments.  

My mission is to support business leaders in creating strategies through people, and assisting Human Resources to drive culture across the organization, will ultimately result in attracting and retaining the best employees.
